GENERAL The general terms and conditions apply to the sale and delivery of goods by L'Orient Arganière KG. Any deviating conditions of the customer are only valid if we have agreed to them in writing or in a company-signed form. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
PRICES & VAT Our prices include 20% VAT on products from the Arganière, L'Orient and Fes El-Bali lines. Only a few products from the Arganière line include 10% VAT, cooking oil, herbal tea and Moroccan specialties. All prices are valid until further notice and are subject to change.
SHIPMENT
Generally We ship throughout Europe, shipping costs can be seen during the online ordering process. The goods travel at the sender's risk as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the person carrying out the transport. We pack extremely carefully. However, please check the shipments received upon receipt and make a written note of any transport damage to the deliverer within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Other complaints, for which we hope there will be no cause, will only be accepted within 14 days (by submitting a written damage report to L'ORIENT Arganière KG).
The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail.
SHIPPING
The shipping costs depend, among other things, on the total weight of the shipment, but the shipping costs may vary if the goods are fragile or require special packaging.
Shipping abroad will take place after receipt of the invoice amount. We accept payments with PAY PAL or in advance by bank transfer. (Bank details) The actual shipping costs will be charged. Invoicing will be in euros.
Late payment If payment is delayed 30 days after the invoice is issued, we will charge 10% interest plus reminder fees.
Special orders We require a minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the goods. By signing, you accept the binding order (PURCHASE CONTRACT). If you do not accept the goods upon arrival, the deposit will be forfeited! In individual cases, a deposit of 100% is required if we create custom-made designer furniture for you.
Retention of title The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full, including any additional costs and default interest. In the event of late payment from previous business transactions, we may withdraw from the contract.
Warranty The warranty corresponds to the statutory periods.
Copyrights, images and content All information, graphics and the entire design of our website are protected by copyright. The reproduction, copying and printing of all content on our website is permitted exclusively for private use and for an order from L'Orient Arganière KG. Any further processing, duplication, distribution and/or public reproduction exceeds the usual use and therefore violates copyright law and requires our prior written consent. Color deviations are possible, technical changes, as well as typesetting and printing errors are reserved.
data protection Our employees are subject to the confidentiality obligations of the Data Protection Act. The obligation of confidentiality also applies to the mere fact that an exchange of messages has taken place. We do not view our customers' personal data. However, routing and domain information may and must be passed on. The customer accepts that the customer data specified in the contract will be stored and processed for the purposes of our accounting or customer records.
